让我看完有很多疑惑的电影：1入籍德国了为什么被抓回美国被起诉叛国；2她一开始播广播并不是被胁迫的，检方为什么不反驳；3用言论自由辩护逻辑上感觉怪怪的啊，你一边说她在生存死亡间无奈屈服才说了这些反战言论，一边又类比罗斯福海明威这种主动发声背后的公民权利，我的脑子里完全接不上这个逻辑
二战中这个命运随风飘零女人的真实故事，似乎比温开水般平铺直叙的影片更精彩。
还是可以的，必须静静地看
（7）立意主题都很好，没有人是绝对公正的，演员演的很好，在千夫所指的狂潮里的误解与不公正是永恒的议题，就是感觉节奏有点拖沓
个人的渺小
电影的表现有点平庸，但是主题很好。最后的总结陈词爱国主义很容易但是不能让爱国变成报复掷地有声。陪审团知道说得有道理但害怕舆论没办法。辩护律师虽然也知道什么是什么但是知道得做这个交易挡住悠悠众口。单论故事来看发人深省。
