Plot Summary:The couple Carlos and Eduarda arrive at this small fisherman village in the northeast of Brazil, where he is in charge of rescuing the mysterious cargo of a sunken ship. Eduarda feels a magical connection to this place full of light and specially to Nô, a handsome local man who's grandmother is viewed as a type of sorcerer. She is preparing Nô to inherit her knowledge and powers an thus \"closed his body\", making him indifferent to love, despite being the heartrob of most women in town.
